Here at the granary health and fitness we offer both one on one training or for two people, this can be for couples or to train with a friend and also this can help with sharing the cost.

Personal training helps you reach your goals quicker and safer with a bespoke programme tailored to your needs, whether it be for your chosen sport, or just to be able to get back into that old pair of jeans.

Here at the granary we focus a lot on resistance training, as from the age of 30 we start to lose muscle mass at a rate of about 1-2 percent a year, this can begin in your mid twenties for sedentary individuals, this means over a lifetime we can lose as much as 50 percent of lean tissue, resulting in decreased strength, greater susceptibility to injury, an increase in body fat and decreased metabolism.

Resistance training doesn’t just mean dumbells and barbells, we offer alternative ways of training to bring about the desired results by the use of kettlebell training, indian club training and even gymnastic rings.
